Mark was incredibly gracious with his time even though he couldn't help us because we would have needed an attorney from another state. That said, Mark was able to point us in the right direction and offer some specific solutions based on what I had shared with him about our situation. No doubt, that if I could have worked with Mark on our situation I would have.

I sought out the help of Attorney Buckley in Feb. of 2023 and got the process underway. I did drag my feet a bit due to nervousness and anxiety of my situation and didn't really get started until about 4 months later, but Mark never made me feel rushed and always had the answers to whatever questions I asked him. Mark is a fantastic attorney and advocate. Mark assisted me with a situation back in 2012, was efficient, knowledgable, professional, and supportive. I was a young kid who had made stupid financial mistakes and he walked me through navigating the difficult process and never once judgment me or made me feel stupid for making the choices I had made. On top of that, ten years later as I found myself needing copies of the records from our transaction, Mark was able to provide those records for me in a significantly quick manner - AND remembered who I was from over ten years ago.
