KPK Auto Detail

Umair & his team worked magic on my 2021 leased car. It looks absolutely brand new. I received a gift voucher to use with them and am so glad I did. When I made the appointment it was easy, and they even offer a loaner car if you drop it off. I got a full detail service that included a wax job, crazy clean interior and they buffed out scratches. This all was a great value and will be doing this once a year. I went to the EG one, a bit confusing at first, but worth it. Thanks guys!

I brought my 10 year old car in (never really formally cleaned the inside of it for the record). Between mud from hiking trips, dog hair, cross country moves, and old coffee stains I was sure I was doomed to forever live this way. I decided to have a go at professional detailing. What a great decision, the car looks new! Im so happy I got an interior detail, Im not embarrassed by my car anymore. Given the crazy car prices, Im hoping to keep my car for a while yet and I believe keeping it well maintained will help with my goal. Service: Auto detailing

My truck is definitely cleaner than it was, but I am not super impressed. I made the appointment online which was easy enough and selected the option to bring my truck to them and drop it off. I got there to drop it off and the only guy working there didn't speak English and seemed confused as to why I was there at first. Once I was able to show him I had an appointment I left the truck and the keys with him and left expecting it to only take 3 hours as originally planned. They texted me about an hour later letting me know it would be 5 hours instead. Again, not a big deal. When I picked up my truck the only guy working was the same guy who again seemed a bit confused and had difficulty understanding me and spoke no English himself. When I recieved the truck it was dark out so at first I thought everything looked pretty good. Next morning I took a look and realized there was still some straw wrappers on the floor, a significant amount of dog hair in the back seat, and various spots where it appeared to not have been cleaned and there was some sort of residue left behind. Like I said, overall my truck is cleaner than before, but I think I could have easily set aside a few hours of my own time and done a similarly good job while not paying $220.

Incredible work. 10 years of dust, dirt, and just gross are gone. This car glistens now. Umair is personable, attentive, and communicative. He called me an hour after I dropped the car off and said it would take 3-4 hours instead of 2-3. We picked it up in 3.5 and its spotless. If you need to see more reviews, the other KPK location in Providence has more and is also highly rated. Thanks Umair!
