My account has transferred to this ars office for whatever reason (been regularly paying the previous office for months) and the overall experience is beyond horrible. I made the phone call to the ars office to understand the situation, and the agent said "from now on you have to pay us cause the account had been transferred to us". Which is fine for me as long as I get to pay off my debt. Then, they have the amount wrong by adding couple hundreds per what I owed. I have to look through my own bills to find out that the record of the amount that I paid off from the previous office did not transferred to ars, then call both offices to clarify the issue. However, the ars office still managed to have the figure wrong for THREE MONTHS after all the effort that the other office's agent and myself made to clarify the problem. The lack of efficiency only adding up my stress and worn out my patience. Not recommended at all.
