Excellent service, the first time we received the pan it was severely dented even though it had quite good packaging. USPS or Canada post must have slammed a door or two on it. after contacting Jim he had us send it back and had a new one out to us right away.
as for the pan, i love it, it works great and have had no issues with food sticking or cleaning it. would recommend
