Training with Paige at Healthtrax has truly been a game-changer for me. Her positive attitude and professionalism make every session enjoyable and productive. Not only is she incredibly informative, but she also comes very well prepared and organized that keeps me motivated and focused on my goals. The gym itself is fantastic, with plenty of space and a friendly staff that makes you feel right at home. Ive been going to Alexa LEuropa for about 3 months now and couldnt be happier with the results. Alexa wasted no time in getting right to it! She definitely puts the personal in personal training. She listened to what I hoped to achieve, and set up a regiment that is catered to my personal goals. She is inspiring, and friendly. Alexa helped me refine my nutrition habits, and has motivated me to push harder than I ever thought I could. I simply love the results, and she is a true professional. Ive been training with Alexa LEuropa here for about a year. She is by far them best trainer Ive worked with. Incredibly knowledgeable in all areas that support my fitness goals. Ive had amazing results; increased muscle, decreased body fat, better diet, better health overall. Grateful to have found her.
