        Impossible to get through to the office without leaving a message - the indicate they will get back to you within 1-2 days - very poor front desk relations

        I had my first visit today and saw Ingrid the nurse practitioner. She was terrific! Very caring and spent alot of time with me. Never made me feel rushed at all which I never find with other dr's. She offered me tests and different medicines to help with my COPD. I felt ashamed to admit I still smoked but she was so kind and understanding. She also gave me hope that I could quit again. Excellent staff and didn't have to wait at all to be called in the exam room. This place is very busy but well organized. I would definitely recommend.

        Odd office hours, had an appointment forgot the timeframe called in the morning to confirm but received the answering service they told me office didnt open until 9..... my appointment was at 815? I own I forgot my appointment but the office hours/structure seem confusing. Couldnt reschedule 2-3 months out. Google lists hours opening at 9 maybe needs an update?
