The servers were wonderful and very knowledgeable about the menu. We sat at a table for 2, water's edge, on the deck. Lovely warm weather and Blu was very busy! Unfortunately, the food was not served hot, but rather only warm, so it cooled off very quickly and was cold before we finished eating. I tried their Crispy Shrimp Bao Buns - other than not being hot, they were very tasty!

We had an amazing experience at Blu a few weeks back. The temperature changed quickly on us as we got there. We wanted to be under the tent as they were having a show but it got so cold that we had to be moved inside. Our waitress was very kind and respectfully obliged to our request to find us a table in. The atmosphere was pleasant and fun. We enjoyed our foods, the drinks and will be back during summer to be on the outside by the water. Very beautiful place. Parking: Very large and free accessible parking
