Xpert Auto

I decided to try this shop because the previous shop I used, though good, had me wondering about the quality of their parts and it felt more expensive than it should have been. I picked Xpert based on location since it's close to me so I can walk to/from the shop after dropping my car off. My first experience here had me sold. They tried to talk me out of replacing the rotors since they looked brand new, but I could tell they were bad due to the signature shake I experienced while braking. Xpert recommended I pair with the original shop as the parts may still be in warranty. In short - they tried to save me money and didn't try to take my money right away. I decided to have Xpert do the work instead based on this and had them put on all new rotors and pads for a fresh start. And their warranty on the parts was explained to me and more than fair (the old shop never explained their warranty and I couldn't find it on their site). Since then, I've had my oil changed, an inspection, and two belts replaced and the work has been completed quickly and with a great price compared to where I was going previously. I'll continue to use Xpert from here on.

They treat people very well and not looking to rip you off, good location if you're looking to avoid the 195 disaster too.

I said I'd call back if there was more damage after the lights were pulled back off. Luckily for all of us there wasn't. But please note that my navigation unit, along with my fusebox were left exposed. Luckily no water got in there. I'm sorry Aziz, I've changed my review to 3 stars because you did say that regarding the plastics.

Aziz and his team at Xpert Auto are always provide professional and high quality service. Theyve helped me with a number of issues with my car over the years. I cant recommend them highly enough!
