I truly cant say enough about my experience working with Christian. When I was directed to Christian, I was told that he was one of the best loan officers in the state. I assumed that I was being fed a sales line, so I was over the moon when that statement turned out to be true. I was completely candid with Christian when we first spoke. I laid out our financial situation, my goals, my concerns and asked for the truth about what we could accomplish. I didnt know if we would be able to sell our home and purchase something more sustainable given our student debt and other financial constraints. Christian listened, took all of my information and gave me the confidence that he would be able to work something out. Not only did he work something out, he managed to exceed all of my expectations from the very first interaction all the way through the closing process. Christians communication was always thoughtful and extremely clear. I never felt confused by the numbers he was sending my way. I felt confident that I was making wise choices throughout the process, because Christian was so transparent about the information he was providing. I generally felt supported; it was clear that he wanted the best for my family. Beyond Christians amazing professionalism and competence, he is also an exceedingly nice person. He seemed just as excited about our home closing as we were. He even checked in with me after the closing just to congratulate us again.
