U-Haul Moving & Storage of East Providence

I just had a hitch installed on my vehicle. This particular U-Haul was recommended by my auto dealer. I initially placed the order through U-Haul corporate and they had entered the wrong one on my order. I called back to correct it, but it still did not appear on the corrected invoice. The owner of this U-Haul in East Providence called to confirm the correct size I wanted. He then called me a day prior to installing the hitch to confirm. I appreciate his attention to customer service. I would certainly use this U-Haul location again.

The initial pick up went smooth but the return of the vehicle was awful. I arrived early to return the rental and had to wait 15 minutes for an employee to greet me. To top it off, I was not the only customer waiting for this employee to appear from where ever he was. This type of business is ridiculous and you all should be ashamed of this location. In addition to the facility being dirty and unwelcoming to potential customers. I will never to business with this location ever again, a complete waste of my time.
