The lies that they told to a potential buyer cost us the sale of our home. Very unprofessional, Left urine all over the toilet and seat, disrupted our property and did not take the time or have the responsibility to put it back together. Would not recommend. When we tried to communicate with them, they were aggressive and defensive in nature. They influence their buyers with bad and false information so they can get them as customers on their next potential inspection.

Wonderful home inspection father/son team. We will not use anyone else in the state. They saved us from what I can only call, the money pit. Quick turnaround on the inspection report, extremely thorough. They are extremely helpful and explained everything to us. Can not recommend them highly enough!

Kevin failed to notice a major structural problem during an inspection - the foundation was failing. When we sold the house a few years later, the inspector hired by the buyers noticed the problem, and pointed out warning signs that should have been apparent to him when he inspected the home. His lack of attention to some pretty obvious red flags cost us thousands of dollars and a great deal of time. He agreed to send us a check, but never followed through. We thought we hired an expert and a professional, but it turned out he lacked expertise as well as professionalism.
