        They came to fill our propane, didnt even make us aware there was a propane leak until I went to use the stove and it didnt work which prompted me to call - they said a technician needs to be scheduled to come out and theyd call me right back with a date. Never called. I called to follow up hours later and was told it would be 2 weeks before they could come out. Propane tank has been shut off, so Im without heat and hot water for two weeks. Tried calling again for explanation as my landlord couldnt believe it would be that long - was told would get call back after they spoke with the manager. Its been 12 hours with no call back still. Horrible communication and customer service. They truly dont give a flying you-know-what.
