Tim is an excellent professional whose wealth of experience acquired through the decades is made evident the way and manner he works with his clients and the undeniable results he produced. I wouldn't want anyone else helping me with the lending and transaction process. He responded promptly to our questions, assisted us through the application process by helping us dot the I's and cross the T's. He set our minds at ease throughout the whole process.
