        Great customer service by knowledgeable staff who help home DIY and business alike. Spent 4 trips back and forth to HD with no one to help. One trip to Smithfield Plumbing and they helped me find a solution in 10 minutes and for under $20.

        Unprecedented service and attention. Alex Woodie went above and beyond to help our family when we arrived home from vacation to no hot water! He was efficient and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the warranty company stepped up and Alex had to work through canceling the order. Even through that he was professional, understanding, and timely. We would definitely come here again in the future if the need arises! Thank you Smithfield Supply!

        They didnt have my part in stock and wouldn't order a replacement part themselves. They actually suggested another plumbing supply house, Automatic Heat (Providence) which is ridiculous considering they have a parts counter themselves. I will absolutely take all my business elsewhere if you feel inconvenienced by having to do your jobs. Classic Smithfield attitude - Edit: The non apology in the reply from the business owner is really indicative of the attitude over there. "I'm sorry you feel this way" is gaslighting and abhorrent behavior

      Dear J Malo, I am sorry you feel that way. We do our best to stock as much as possible but we can not have everything.Knowing the importance of heat, hot water, plumbing and A/C. When we do not have a part a customer needs we try to refer them to a local supply house so you are able to get yourself up and running as quickly as possible. We will always order a part if asked and we are able to. Again, I do apologize that you feel this way.
