Can't say enough good things about how happy I am with the job. I was so impressed with the work he did on a friend of mine's house that when I was ready to do mine I called him right away. He looked at job within 2 days of call and we scheduled the work on the spot; quote was fair and you just got that good feeling. When I came home from a work trip to see the finished product I was ecstatic!! You'll see from the pics I went with a matte finish and opted for the water base coat to get that lighter tone - came out exactly as I envisioned. What most impressed me about John was after I moved all the furniture back I made a few scuffs. I called and asked if he did repairs. He sent his guy over right away and said "don't worry about it". Floors are beautiful, service was great...it's one of those checks you write happily because the finished product just makes you smile and improves your home exponentially. Would absolutely use him and again and recommend.

Our floors were long overdue. John and his crew came in and made them like new again. They were fast, clean, and very thorough. A+ and highly recommend.

John and his team are THE BEST! I got quotes from several different places and Johns was not only the most reasonable, but his communication was fantastic and remained that way for the duration of our project. They repaired our old 1895 floors with skill and precision, and the finish is absolutely gorgeous. Our floors look phenomenal. His team is always very professional on-site as well. If youre looking for good quality at a good price, John is your guy.

John Hawkins came quickly to view and schedule my hardwood flooring sanding and staining. His communication throughout was excellent, full crew came on the day we arranged and were courteous and professional, finished job in the stated time, and his pricing was extremely fair. His work was great and I highly recommend for all your hardwood needs.

John and his team did an excellent job on my hardwood floors. They sanded new and existing hardwood floors to match and applied three coats of oil poly. Would highly recommend for any flooring needs
