        Cody was responsive, professional and reasonably priced. I had originally received a quote from Precision in the fall, but due to scheduling issues with the irrigation company i had to push the work back until the spring. During that time, my vision for the yard changed and Cody came back out to my property and provided me with an updated estimate; that day. Cody and his team were able to clear my entire back yard of several years worth of weeds/debris, remove multiple stumps and grade/level my entire property. The entire project was completed in less than two days, exactly as I expected with no interruption to my day-to-day. Excellent work done by a true professional. Highly recommend.
