I've been a patient for over two years and gave them a call with a quick question about an antibiotic I'd been prescribed from Urgent care with some pretty severe and scary possible side effects. I just wanted to check with my doctor that it was safe and see if he thought there might be a better option. The practitioner who answered, Taylor, was very rude and condescending, telling me it wasn't appropriate to speak with them and that I should have taken it up with the Urgent Care. I already had discussed with my Urgent Care provider, but I'd just wanted to check with my doctor who knows my full medical history to get some reassurance and a second opinion. I've never written a review on anything before but felt the need to after this experience.

Front desk is very rude. I called to make a simple appointment and while I was discussing which days I was available the front desk person really sighed and said, oh my god. While I was asking her a question because I didnt hear what she had said about the dates available. Rude and zero customer service.

Horrible $305 for an annual check up NOTHING was done - defiant not going back.  I had heard bad things but being local was convenient.

December 2020 I've had only one visit, but the office staff is sharp and polite, and Dr Stephan (new) is extremely bright and took extra time with me. Their COVID precautions are good. The office has obviously changed a lot lately, so ignore the old reviews. Don't tell anybody how good they are - we need to keep it a secret or they will be quickly overrun!

If I could give zero stars, I would. There is currently no MD with this practice, a fact that is not advertised to patients and their families. The incompetence of the staff still remaining at this once-trustworthy and reliable PCP is unparalleled. The staff here consistently downplayed concerns when the high-grade antibiotics given to a family member of mine failed to treat any of the symptoms of a supposed UTI they were diagnosed with, including a fever that shot up to more than 104 degrees DAYS after they began the course of antibiotics. The medical history of this person was repeatedly dismissed and on they off chance they bothered answering the phone, they could barely be bothered to express any concern over symptoms that finally led us to get a second opinion. That doctor immediately admitted my family member, who had an infection so severe and untreated that they quite nearly died. If it weren't for the inability of this practice to recognize obvious signs that their treatment was ineffective and therefor their diagnosis likely wrong, my family member could most likely have avoided many of the adverse side affects of the month-long hospital stay and massive surgery they are now experiencing because their condition was allowed to fester so long.Their utter disregard for human life and abhorrent patient care is criminal. If you value your health and your life. Go elsewhere. We will be taking our concerns to the local and state health boards to make sure they don't actually kill anyone next time.
