        We did the new student deal while vacationing in Newport and we were so happy with this studio. It's very clean and the classes have enough variety that it keeps your week very interesting. Highly recommend!

        I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Island Heron Yoga Studio and especially classes and workshops of Heidi Doyle! I have been going to this studio in Jamestown for years and I think it is the best spacious, light, clean and very welcoming. There is certain atmosphere that I didn't notice at other studios. You feel calm and peaceful. There is a library shelf with spiritual books to read while having a cup of herbal tea. Flowers that are growing both inside and out are pleasing to the eye. I mainly attend Heidi's classes, but the other instructors are very good as well. Each has his/her unique style and technique. Heidi is absolute incredible! Her practice is truly an experience! Classes are gentle and intense at the same time, but very relaxing. You feel as though each session is a meditative state, all movements coming naturally. You feel harmonized and balanced. I don't know if it's coincidence but after a session with Heidi, I have zero desire to consume meat (I am not a vegetarian), going for days without eating it. I have also attended a couple spiritual workshops that are often offered at Island Heron. They were quite impressive! I can't say enough about this studio. I'm just so happy it's close by. Even though I live in Newport, I gladly drive to Jamestown. Go and see for yourself!

        I've been to a lot of yoga studios and this one is at the top. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and makes for an easy transition away from everything so i can focus inward. The instructors are all very experienced but also very friendly. It's a small town feel and all the people that attend are also warm and friendly. Good good vibe all around.
