Not only was the line insanely long due to having only one employee on during morning rush, and that employee was quite vocal about that point multiple times to customers during the wait. On top of that the service was rude and full of attitude. I will never get anything from this dunkin again and Im hearing much of that from my coworkers as we have exchanged and found very similar experiences for each of us. If you cant staff right then just close, its not like there arent 3 other dunkins in 3 miles

If you go inside Be Prepared to wait A loonnnng long time !!!! They have 5or6 staff tending to the Drive thru and or Too busy chatting amongst themselves and playing on their Cell phones Then someone finally comes by and You still Wait! Very Unprofessional workers! Not Customer friendly service That you would expect from Such A Well established Company!!! Think I'll go to Starbucks pay the extra $ and Be Happy and Satisfying coffee experience

I cannot say enough good things about this Dunkin. Food is amazing, customer service is impeccable, and food is always delivered on time! Shout out to Hailie, my favorite employee! Shes the best!
