The workers in there are great. Everyone is extremely hospitable and they have a dog. However, brought my dad's tie there, it looks to have been washed and ironed ruining the ends as the internal layer Is now deformed and can't be fixed without unstiching. Decent priced though

Abysmal
I brought in two pairs of pants for a hem and taper. The hem was fine, but the taper was horrendous. The stitching didnt match up, some parts were sewn over, some under, all on the same leg. They had zig zag patters instead of a straight stitch down the side.
And the absolute best part- they created a hole in the right leg seam on one of the pairs, and just didnt sew it up. So I got a horrendous taper with an extra hole in the pants that wasnt there when I dropped them off.
Terrible service. Terrible product. Plenty of better options in the area

I was trying to convert an article of clothing into a jacket. Long story short, I ended up messing it up and the jacket ended up being too cropped and short for my liking. I called and then brought my jacket to Titas tailors and asked if they could make alterations to the jacket so that it would properly fit me. a week later I picked up my jacket and it was like brand new, everything was perfect from the length to the alterations. They really took the time to make sure every tiny detail was perfect for an overall great end result. Will definitely be coming back!
