Buyer Beware! After 4 days trying to get my heating unit to work called another service. Iron Man Mike came out on Friday night fixed the unit within the hour. Thank God! Because All heating was coming the next day to install a new burner that I did not need.

Pat the owner and Dave have been professional, courteous, overly helpful over the years. I would strongly recommend them to anyone with heating/AC needs. Couldn’t be happier.

There are a number of people on this thread who gave 5stars so that their review would be read. The rating of this company is over inflated because of that. This company was recommended to me by BradfordWhite who has taken over a contract for GE Parts on a GE manufactured water heater. The water heater has a recall on it due to a known sensor issue that does not affect the function of the unit, only causes the unit to beep as if the filter needs to be replaced. Bradford sent me additional parts just in case and All Seasons was supposed to come out, diagnose the problem and install only the needed parts. The repair man knew the issue, actually said to me "typically they only send this" pointing to what i think was the sensor. Said "ill be done in an hour".. 1.5hrs later i went to check up and he had the entire unit taken apart and was replacing non broken parts. 5.5hrs later he was still working on the unit, at $110/hour. Had i known that this was going to be the case I would have never done the repair. Once finished he gave me a discount ($400) and told me i had to pay on the spot, which stupidly I did. After he left the unit turned on and sounded like I have a car running in my basement. I called back to get them to come take a look, 3 weeks and 2 missed appointments later (which i had to call and remind them they were supposed to be coming) the repair man told me that the motor he installed (which wasn't broken to begin with) is not functioning properly and he would have to get the replacement part from Bradford White and re-install and charge me again. UPDATE: Guy eventually made it right after persistent pestering by me. Not going to update the stars but I will update this as it was resolved at no additional cost to me.

If there is 0 star i would of give this company! I did service call beginning of July after 10 days a guy showed up! He looked at said it high i need to get another ladder. I will schedule you tomorrow. Since then i received constantly phone call that sorry we are busy with the schedule for tomorrow. Week later ac got worse i contacted what is going on when they coming? Lady screamed the lung off that we are so busy. She gave owners numbers. Talked to owner. He said he will take care it. 2 weeks passed again! Nobody showed up! Called again asked woman tried to push again! I Explained how unprofessional service is that! But she start to literally swear F..... and saying that we came told you the problem you will charge 95$. Which is lie they even doesnt know what is the problem. The guy even didnt reach to ac. Funny stupid, unprofessional,full of ego, disrespectful greedy! I will not let them charge any of card! I will be happy meet them at the court for that charge! Now ac not working right! Horrible! I Don't recommend this kind service to anybody! Very stressful! Wasted my time! Now i have to find another company to come take a look! Because these idiots didnt do anything right except swearing on the phone to customer!
