Worst company ever. Worked with Brett and Yanet and they were terrible. I was not told important Information regarding my policy. I switch to GEICO and they sent over the 2A form to national general and they failed to cancel the policy. Very unprofessional and I have documentation proof that I reached out and did my due diligence. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau. I will also be visiting Balise this morning once their open to lodge a complaint. Their practices are not legal in my opinion and is scammy.

AWESOME !!!! Crew. After 30 years with a company who says they are by my side I found out they were not. Connecting with Miranda by phone and an email string I found out I was overcharged elsewhere for YEARS . Miranda quickly put several options together and I immediately switched homeowners policy . Currently I am switching my two cars and two motorcycles over. Note my decision to contact Miranda was a question I posed on Facebook - several of my friends personally recommended Miranda - and they were right. Thank you Again - Ill see you Monday to switch over my vehicles

I just bought a new car at Balise in Warwick and have had a crazy time getting full coverage for it. Amerrisque (Kik), the insurance agent they have in house made it easy for me!! I wouldn't have had any idea what I was doing if I had done it by myself because there were so many hoops to jump through with Progressive. Because of the floods I had to wait almost 2 weeks to he able to get the coverage. He basically did it all for me and kept me in the loop over the whole 2 weeks. Thank you Kik!!

I reciently worked with Miranda and she is absolutely amazing. She was able to save me hundreds of dollars on my multi-policy and was always available to answer any questions I had along the way. Miranda is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and very patient. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident in switching insurance companies.
