I was rear ended in January and my Explorer was totaled. The other driver had no insurance and the plate he had on his vehicle was registered to a different car. Needless to say the whole accident has been an absolute nightmare. Thankfully from the start of my rental to its end, the staff at Christys was easy to work with, went over everything with me and was available if needed. Definitely would rent from them again.
