Terrible service. They relieve themselves of any obligation to customer service in the contract. Do not store with this company. If you must, keep all records of payments and put all changes and communications in writing.

DO NOT use the facilities of this company to store your belongings... they will rip you off! I have had a unit with them for many years, and they have repeatedly raised their rates and fees to an exorbitant amount, without giving prior notice. I am paying almost double what I paid when I first moved my stuff in. And originally I had a larger unit! When I tried to make my payment by the due date, they were closed for two days in a row (again without prior notice). I left numerous messages but never received a return call. When I finally reached them today, they charged me an even higher late fee, even though it was their fault that I could not pay on time. I was given the BS that "the computer wouldn't allow them" to remove the fee. Which I know to be untrue, because a few years ago they were able to do so. To make it even worse, the employee was extremely rude, uncaring, and dismissive. When I asked why they didn't give us notice that they would be closed, she told me it was because they don't have to. I am in Utah, so am not currently able to retrieve my belongings, but I will as soon as I can. Believe me...I cannot wait to sever my association with this place! If I could give them zero stars, I would. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for their shady dealings. Do yourself a favor... use ANY other storage facility than this one.
