Donavan's sent out Chris to fix our bathroom sink and shower faucet after they stopped running. Chris was extremely helpful and very effective at communicating the problem and the steps needed to fix the issue. Very professional and worked long hours to resolve the problem

We needed a new hot water heater. Dan Donovan was SUPER responsive - 1) getting back to me about my initial inquiry 2) showing up on time - 3) getting a quote out - 4) getting the work done by Chris and Dave! It was a real pleasure dealing with the entire company! Lauren and Tracy work in the office. When I called, they relayed a message to Dan, and he got back to me asap! I'm giving 5 *****!!!!! ps Dan suggested a water filtration system. The system has made a world of difference!

Hopefully their drivers don't represent their company, especially after one almost caused a 3 way accident on West main and repeated to flick everyone the bird while cussing eff you out of his window when he was the problem.

Saved my butt on an emergency call. My renters have a newborn and the hot water tank was leaking & needed replacement. They surprisingly came the same day and got everything running again! Professional, prompt, and understanding. This was my first experience with Donovan & Sons, but will not be the last. Thank you!! PS I respect those with bad experiences. In this type of business, things sometimes go wrong. This company may not always surpass expectations, but they are honest. We all have bad days. Service: Water tank repair
