Castle Keep manages our condominium complex. When we needed to have an old oil tank in the basement removed, the home owners association was quite alarmed about the risk of contamination if the job wasn't done right. Meghan at Castle Keep arranged for the tank to be removed and supervised the work herself. We feel confident our homes are in good hands with this business.

Castle Keep is our management company for a Victorian - colonial, "Mairemont", that was built in 1871 and divided into 8 beautiful condo units in the late 90's. CK has excellent resources, along with skilled carpenters, painters, handymen, their employees are ready to address any repairs or maintenance that maybe needed. The work is always done right on day one. Asa Montgomery is the owner and President, and with his wisdom and good nature, he makes any situation a pleasure to work with. He addresses all matters promptly with effortless solutions. The office staff is professional and cheery under all circumstances.
