Allie is a true gem. I cant imagine searching for and buying a home with out her help and guidance. Not only did she proactively call out and send listings she knew would be perfect for us, she was never not there for us whether in person at a showing or via phone to answer all of our questions. She always went above and beyond. Allie stood her ground for us during difficult negotiations, provided us honesty and transparency through every step of the process and treated us like family. There is no one I would rather work with than Allie. I cant wait to buy another home with her one day. Thanks Allie!!!

Allie and her father, Jay, helped us buy our vacation home in Narragansett. From the moment we spoke on the phone I knew Allie would be the right fit for us. I have so many wonderful things to say about our buying and selling experience with Allie it is hard to know where to begin, so I will start with the first of many times she impressed me and my husband. In November of 2020, on the night before Thanksgiving, a house was listed that my husband and I thought was our dream house. We did not have an agent at the time and knew we wanted to see the house as soon as possible (the market was very hot), but didn't quite know how to go about doing it, especially over a holiday. We had met Allie at an open house a few months before and she had been so kind and helpful so we decided to reach out to her, not expecting anything would really happen until after the holiday but knowing we had to see what we could do. She immediately kicked into action, as we later learned is the main gear she operates in, and even though showings were mostly all booked for the weekend she managed to get us squeezed in the day after Thanksgiving. She met us there and really took the time to tour the house with us, listen to all our questions, and give us helpful guidance on putting in an offer. Ever since that day we have been so grateful to have had Allie in our corner. Allie is responsive and communicative, she is incredibly knowledgeable and expertly explains each step of the process when buying and selling. Her attention to detail is second to none. We really appreciated the investigating and researching she did to make sure any question we had did not go unanswered; no stone goes unturned with Allie. It has been two years since we purchased our house and Allie is still involved with the research were doing on the history of our property, helping us find old deeds and wills from over a hundred years ago. You can feel her passion and enthusiasm in every aspect of the process, and it has an incredible effect of taking stress away from what can be a very stressful endeavor. We are so appreciative for all she has done for our family and highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
