        This particular branch is NEVER able to assist with even the smallest of requests, without having to make an appointment for a different day. The Johnston and Warwick branches are extremely accommodating and helpful. This branch is a joke!

        I have been very pleased with this bank. It has four arms. Two in the drive thru, one in the entry way and the other inside the branch. The atms also spit out various denominations besides just 20's.I have easily made withdrawals and deposits at the teller, with them all being easily accommodating. When I got married and changed my name they made that process seem less and easy. Each individual that I have encountered  at this location has been pleasant even on the busiest of days!
