I have been relying on this product for years. there is no doubt that I would have had a knee replacement many years ago without it plus Osteo Biflex triple strength Joint Health. My left knee was swollen to where I could barely walk, needed 3 Advils to finish the ski trip. My knee has been perfectly fine for the last 6 years. Now the right knee is acting up from Rithritis because i ran out of Osteo Biflex. Had an X ray to make sure I don't have a bone spur or torn ligament. Tripled the Ostep Biflex one Morning noon and night This arnica with rosemary, beeze wax and other oils. The only thing that works plus Tylenol for inflimation. In just 2 weeks it is so much better. Using an ace type knee brace since I'm working and still on ladders. I don't know if the brace helps but it keeps the Arnica off my pants. PS it smells nice. Icy Hot did absolutly nothing! I'm sure I'll be able to ski next Month. So glad Donna let be try it at the Rhode island Farmer's Market when I was hobbling around. In just 15 minutes the pain was less So I bought it. Wouldn't be able to bike, walk, play tennis and ski without it if and when the any knee or finger acts up.
