Mike was very responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! He was able to help me out with my issue with just a phone call and a few photos when other electricians didn't want to bother. He was also more than willing to come out if I was unable or uncomfortable attempting to fix the problem myself. I will definitely use Mike again in the future! Mike is the best! I had great communication with both Mike and Joe. I needed an inspection in order to get my house insulated. Mike came over within a week, and helped me push my paper work through fast. Also, he had great suggestions about my smoke detectors. He was genuinely concerned. I've been experiencing issues with my office ceiling fan light the past several months. I called Mike's Electric, and Mike suggested that I change the light bulb before having him schedule a diagnostic visit. As embarrassed as I am to admit it, I had a too high voltage light bulb screwed in. He could have easily come and charged me for a service visit, but instead, he offered advice that resolved the issue. Would definitely recommend - very responsive and professional guy.

I emailed my service request and received a call back in under an hour! I explained my problem and he asked me to send a picture of the circuit breaker. I thought it was going to need to be replaced, but he patiently walked me through some troubleshooting. Turns out, it was a very obvious fix that did not require him coming out. He was responsive, patient, and kind on the phone. I will definitely recommend Mike's to friends in need of an electrician. And will be sure to call them again in the future. Service: General repairs
