        Every single time I put in an order to pick up from this location they are out of half the stuff in my order for the night (mind you this is up to 2 hours before closing Ive had this happen) but they dont tell me and just hand me the bag. Never have chips past like 7pm, never have queso or vinaigrette for salads. Ive learned to check the order but even when I have to go through the hassle of going in to let them know that stuff is missing they offer no solution and tell you to go online to get a refund. If you do that, you dont even get a refund, they just give you a coupon for a free drink or chips for next time. What makes you think I want to keep wasting my time and money when its never right? Those coupons expire and I use them and then they cant even fulfill the coupon so its an endless lose lose cycle for the customer.

        I believe his name was Ben Feral the area manager was incredibly rude. I asked one of the managers who thar guy was.Everyone looked scared and feel bad for anyone who works there or has to work for a guy who talks so rudely and condescending to people. The manager was great though I think his name said was Jay
