I have made online purchases from this store several times and will continue to do so. I am always pleased with the products, but never with the shipping. I do not recommend paying for the expedited 3 day shipping as it always takes longer than 3 days. The first time I thought it was just a weird thing but long shipping time has been consistent. That being said, products are great, prices are a little bit cheaper than in a store, but don't pay extra for shipping.

EDIT: I got a response to my email and have now updated my review to 5 stars as the situation has been taken care of. Thank you very much! My package has been stuck in Minneapolis since May 15th. There has been no movement or tracking updates. I have reached out to customer service (very slow to respond) they gave me my tracking info and told me to keep checking it (I had already been doing that) 2 days later they told me they were going to escalate my issue to the shipping department. I emailed them very early this morning to request a refund or to have my items reshipped. I still have not gotten a response. Im super disappointed bc I loved ordering from them. Never had any issues with my items or shipping until now, and they dont seem to quick to remedy the situation.

I ordered for the first time through this company and was excited to try them out. I also paid paid for the faster shipping to get before my vacation. It said my order was delivered to my door three days ago. I was home and no order had been delivered. I reached out to customer service and they said to give it 1-2 days to see if it shows up. Since then I have emailed and they will not respond to me or help to come to a solution. Very dissatisfied customer. I understand things happen, but I cannot even get ahold of them. Update- they sent me a gift card for what I didnt get and I was able to reorder and got that package in a very timely manner. My vapes are awesome. Thank you!

BEWARE!!! I ordered over 200 in vapes from this company... a week later recieved a box with all wrong vapes. I called them they emailed me a shipping label to ship back. I shipped it off the next day! Now its 10 days later and i have messaged and called every day they wont give refund or send correct order even tho they admittedly recieved their package back!

Products are good, shipping is not so good. most times Ive paid for expedited fulfillment the order somehow gets delayed or otherwise messed up and it takes longer to actually get it than standard. Customer service can be slow to respond.
