Mr. Barney inspected both the house I sold and then 2 houses that I was considering purchasing. He is thorough in his inspections. He alerted me to things that needed to be repaired before I put my house on the market, which made it easier to sell. I was very happy when the buyers inspection came back clean, with only minor suggestions. When it came to purchasing a house, he was able to tell me what things needed attention and things that might become a problem. I used his inspection to re-negotiate the price. His prices are competitive and reasonable and his background (over 30 years in the building trades) made a big difference. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of home building, repair and inspection.
