I retained Tim Ahern for a workman's comp. case. Best thing I could have done! I was lost and vulnerable dealing with the insurance people and didn't understand the process of how it all worked, Tim was amazing! He immediately put me at ease and explained the process as well as helping me through it. Him and his office staff Anne and Slyvia communicated with me frequently and I was always kept informed. My case was settled and and I feel without Tim leading me down the right path I would still be lost. Highly reccomend him and his team!

Tim represented me in several other family members in different personal injury lawsuits . Seems I got the minimum dollar value for my back injury and now years later I am unable to work from the injury I'm also in need of several surgeries . I'm glad Tim was able to take 1/3 of the damages I sustained for the money you should be entitled to you shouldn't even need a personal injury lawyer to get the insurance money that you're entitled to it seems that these lawyers have a guaranteed gig of collecting money where a regular person should be able to collect for their injuries
