What seems like another politically connected imbecile affiliated with City of Pawtucket was assigned the tack of installing a mini split system after another politically connected imbecile company, ATC couldn't maintain the Daikin VRV II systems (the most advanced system of it's kind) that was installed in the condo when it was built, but that's another remarkable story. 1. They used a hammer chisel to go through 20+ inches of brick in a old mill. What not use a cutting/boring tool? Who knows this person is politically connected and knows nothing. The result was the drains lines were crushed and then, he used spray foam and clogged the drain lines completely resulting in water pouring out on and ruining my property and creating mold in the fan system and now the fan makes a annoying squeaking grinding noise. There is no way to run a new drain line as the chiseled brick edges are too tight and jagged. In other words, the lines system will have to be removed and boring/cutting tool and I found no one who is willing to fix this egregious error. 2. The positioning of the system is too low on the wall. I can actually touch it which means the air is blowing on me even if I have the vent fins aimed straight out. This is something EVERY installation manual states not to do! He even recommended putting in the center of the room which would have rendered the room useless from having cold blowing directly on me throughout the summer. 3. Does not know how to do a "flare" connection. This is the most basic skill in installing these system and he could not do it right. Please see my video with a air quality detection stick and you can see there is a leak at the line connection point. 4. No response back after calling several times and leaving messages. The system is a Gree mini split which is a Chinese company that has zero support technical or otherwise support and the system has consistently been unable to maintain temperature and is always 4-6 F off in heat or cool mode. There is no explanation for this and while Gree claims to have "smart" defrost and will work in colder temps, its seem that any day to evening temperature changes (like in the NE region fall/spring) renders the system system useless and in extreme cases produces an error that requires you to reboot the system. This person is completely incapable of following the most basis instructions on how to install these system that any reasonable human being could understand, but this is Pawtucket, Kennedy country, and it's all about who you know and who you vote for.

Had a great experience with the installation of a Mini-Split Ductless system for my garage and I'm in the midst of install for my house as well. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the field. Uses high end products like Bosch. Services: Installation, Heating system installation, Ductless heating & A/C services

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Had them install our heating and air conditioning less than five years ago in a brand new home and have had nothing but problems. Amazing nothing is ever covered under warranty. Have called many times and no one ever calls back. Very poor products and poor customer service. Will be reporting them to the BBB.
