        I purchased a dishwasher from Wickford Appliance in Pawtucket a little over a year ago. Recently, the dishwasher became detached from the cabinet and pulled away from under the counter top every time we opened it. I spoke with Miranda at Wickford and, even though we were well past the three month labor warranty, she sent a technician, Dylan, to solve the problem at no charge. Dylan explained the issue and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. The machine is now secure and level. While Dylan was working on the dishwasher, he heard a terrible noise in my refrigerator and took a look at that while he was here. Many thanks to Wickford Appliance Sales and Service in Pawtucket for standing by their workmanship.

        It's taken awhile to write this review but I've been thinking about it for quite some time and wanted to show my appreciation even if a little late than never :). Back in November I entered a Thanksgiving contest on social media about what I was thankful for. Well, I won a new range!!! First, I never win anything so I'll love you for that alone, but second, I was treated like a winner from start to finish. Everyone was so helpful and kind even though I was receiving something for "free" (we upgraded to fit our space so it was a more affordable situation). Thanks for being a stand up store and giving back to your consumers. I appreciate you!!
