If you are a black person don't bank here because the branch manager is a racist. I had a loan from bcsb and my loan was paid off, so they sent me a check for the overpayment. You would think it would have been a simple transaction but far from it. I had to wait there for over an hour because she refused to cash my check even after I gave her two sources of Identification ( drivers license and military I.D.), but she insisted on a third I. D. before she would cash the check. I refused because the identification I presented was enough. I asked her to return the check but she refused. I mentioned I had a account with Bach and that Ive never been treated like this before, so she had the teller lookup my closed account and cashed the check. The she had the nerve to say thank you for your service.
