This was my first time going to this establishment and last time.

I had placed my trust in this establishment and believed that I would have received the best care possible. However, I did not. I was extremely disappointed. Not only was I not informed on the procedure of getting a "filling"- I didn't receive any lidocaine for this procedure. I was in a lot of pain from the beginning and I kept wincing in pain. The dentist rudely told me "to stop moving", not taking in account that 1. I was in pain 2. she did not provide me any numbing medication for this kind of procedure. As a professional, she should have informed me the extent of pain possible- but she didn't. She continued the procedure and I felt like I was stuck in a position where I am in pain but I am getting yelled at for responding. As she continued, the pain kept getting worse and my body started shaking as a reaction including my feet. You know what she told me, "stop shaking your feet, you're ruining my chair"....the AUDACITY and unprofessionalism. She was more focused on the chair than my actual health. I have never experienced this before.

I left the place in tears. I don't remember the dentist's name but she was Indian so if you're looking for a place for dentistry. Find another establishment that actually cares about you.

I shouldve looked at the reviews before coming to this establishment. Horrible job, the dentist are rude and brutal on the teeth. DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!

I saw her trying to fix my teeth. I had a worn down filling, so she put a cap on it. I've never had such poor work Performed on me! The cap she put on looks like it's from someone else's mouth! It doesn't look like mine at all! It's way too big and extremely uncomfortable! I asked her 3 times on different occasions to fix it, and she refused. I paid top dollar to have it done. I suggest you stay far away from her practice!
