Seacoast was highly recommended to me and my initial conversation with John left me hopeful that I made a good decision. Once my credit was run and my documentation sent in, the "service" halted. I had to literally chase John to get locked into a rate. The initial rate and terms were long gone by the time he decided to finally process my loan. There was no communication - no return calls, texts, emails - and Allyson started responding with what was needed to get the loan closed. Every payoff was incorrect, a loan sat unpaid because the processor did not have the correct Lender name, it took months to get the accounts reconciled that were being paid off with the refinance. When I reached out to Allyson, she told me I should not be contacting her. There was no follow up from the closing, not even a thank you for doing business with them. The icing on the cake - despite signing a form saying I did not want my information shared - they have sold my information to any and everyone. Mail, email, texts, and calls - all day every day. I am going to have to change my number and email it is so persistent. STAY AWAY from this company. I signed

When applying for our first mortgage we were refereed to Ann Sabbagh by a close friend that has used her multiple times. I could not have had a better experience. Ann was extremely supportive throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to be there for me, even on Sundays. Ann was always a text away and offered prompt responses. She answered all of my questions big and small without ever seeming to mind. Her knowledge base is beyond impressive! Another great component of working with Ann is not only her connection to her customers, but to an entire network of people that offer the same great experiences. For example, I had trouble finding a home insurance company to cover a fixer upper and Ann referred us to someone that was able to offer a next day quote. Lastly, the best part of working with Ann at Seacoast is that you're working with someone that truly cares about you as a buyer. Working with Ann from day one felt like working with a friend. We are so happy to have closed (EARLY!) on our home with Seacoast mortgage and highly recommend the same to all.
