        Only place I know where theyll rent you faulty equipment and then say it mustve gotten damaged on transport so they dont have to reimburse you. Money down the drain and product wasted. Robbery

      Hi Ken, Our store policy is to test items on return to check for refund requests and faults. I had also left you an unreturned voicemail a few days back seeking to go over the order and results of that with you. I was made aware of your troubles and offered to provide a replacement during closed hours due to a friendly customer of ours who contacted me on my personal line. We also gave you the benefit of the doubt on the order despite contradictory information from other vendors and testing. I stand by my store and reputation and emplore people to seek why someone on an alias account would exclusively 1 star rate every single company he has ever reviewed. Happy Holidays!
