image This place is all wrong and doesn't belong right in the middle of homes ~ it's a GIANT white tower hovering over other gaint monster homes ~ changed hands many times. Can't even get people to move in ~ bad choice of beautiful property and wrong!

image Many ask why put a tower here among a slew of posh upscale million dollar properties? My sister was friends with a priest who had rubbed elbow's with the original owner of the old Kaiser building and explained it was put there as a thumbed up nose insult at the state after he had spent out of pocket, hundreds of thousands of dollars upgrading, renovating and bringing to code a small neighborhood of run down falling apart single family dwellings with the intentions of turning it all into section 8 affordable housing for struggling families in Rhode Island. After all was completed, the state turned down his request. This was his way of making a permanent statement, a reminder to the upper upper class. I believe at one time the building was home to middle to low income families who had an extremely better view than all the well ta-do 1/4 scale mansions behind them. Who after spending all the money on there homes had to wake up to the Kaiser building view. This is what I've heard, take it with a grain of salt. This priest to my knowledge was not prone to lying or making up fantastical stories to impress people. Pretty straight up honest guy.
