Morgan House

What an amazing cozy cottage in Portsmouth, RI! We enjoyed water views throughout the house. We took walks along the Island Park beach area. We also enjoyed meals at local eateries, all within walking distance. We were pleased to learn that Ragged Island Brewery is only a couple miles away. Highly recommended!

Morgan House is such a great location, especially for a family or friends trip. Everyone has their own privacy and bathroom, but there is also plenty of room for everyone to be together. Despite rain during our trip we didn't feel cooped up or on top of one another while staying inside. I LOVE the color palette used throughout, and the fixtures are really nice both in the kitchen and the bathrooms. I would imagine this would be a great location for visiting parents to stay for family weekends, being so close to Roger Williams University. Having the ability to rent the whole house or individual areas is genius!

The Morgan house is the perfect getaway! With multiple fire places and views of the ocean, this is a perfect spot all year round. The home is incredibly clean and beautifully decorated, a beautiful seaside home. The owners thought of everything, there are so many small touches that made this stay an absolute delight, to name a few: -Extra fluff for your pillows you can add if you want -Board games -All of the amenities of a fine hotel (coffee stations, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, lotions..) We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and will definitely come back!

I stayed at Morgan House with my boyfriend and 4 friends and had an amazing time! Morgan House was the perfect place to stay! With the three separate bedrooms we all had really comfortable spaces to sleep! Our stay was in the off season and it torrentially rained the entire day, but because of all the thought the hosts put in to the house we had a really fun day anyway! Morgan house has fully stocked coffee bars, board games, 3 smart tvs and really comfy furniture! We played games, hung out watching comedy shows, went down the street to Localz for dinner (which was great) and then to a local brewery less than 5 minutes away. Morgan House is the perfect place to stay if you want hotel like amenities, a beach close by and a location with lots of restaurants and things to do around you!

I had such a a wonderful time, the atmosphere in and around the home was so beautiful and so quaint. Lovely and peaceful. We stayed the weekend of 2/17/24!
