Brian the service manager was very personable and helpful with a major repair of our tractor at a busy time. He had it picked up, repaired, cleaned and returned in a reasonable time frame. Also met Mike the GM who was also very professional.

I stopped in a couple of days ago with a weed whacker that was not a John Deere model. I couldn't figure out the so-called "easy way" to load the line into it. Two of their parts department team members said they would help me. One of them said he had one just like it. Wham. Within three minutes, they showed me a valuable short cut and how easy it was. They are always helpful at United Ag & Turf. My special thanks goes to Camden whose prompt, friendly assistance helped me to be come friends again with my E-GO weed whacker--and at no charge. I was there several years ago and had a similar experience. They are good to do business with.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Camden in parts this past week. After our interaction in parts he was also able to answer a few questions about a compact tractor I am interested in. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and then some. I am very pleased with the experience I had!
