Why have atms outside of the gated branch working zone and not have them accessible during off hours? Atms are for convenience, no sense when they are only available when the branch is open.

Have had an account here for over 10 years and love coming into this branch to do my business. The staff is amazingly nice and they all know me by face and name. Special shout-out to Desmond R. who has worked there the whole time Ive had an account and is always so helpful, friendly and professional! He helped me learn more about different accounts, how to manage my money and grow a financial profile!

Drove down to providence since it says open till 6 just to be disappointed theyre closed. The hours online are NOT accurate. Manager says hours never was updated since Covid

The staff are very kind and attentive. They work quickly to assist here so youre not waiting around even when its busy. The branch manager even met with me personally and explained all that I need to do to open my business and set up a business account.
