        Super helpful! After customer service couldnt help/refused essentially, and being hung on multiple times at the mineral spring branch, a very nice man helped me and fixed my issue ENTIRELY within 15 minutes. As a busy mom right after the holidays with bills upcoming. This man was a saint! Thank you!

        Waited in line for 40 minutes with 2 tellers and a bunch of other people working. Only 1 teller was taking people and chatting with his co workers so every person he took, took at least 10 extra minutes. They were putting in their Dunkin orders and having people go get it, and that took priority over the customers waiting in line. At no point should it take over an hour just to visit a bank.
