Woman who answer the phone and deals with the parking lots is extremely rude. Never no help and anytime you call or go to the office, she is very rude and does not want to deal with anyone

This construction group is redoing the cononicus square (former Citizens Bank) in Providence. For weeks they started their construction project an hour or more before 3 public city high schools were in session. They had the shoulders and public city sidewalks blocked. They created an environment right across the street from the PCTA school, adjacent to Central and Classical school with unsafe conditions - blocking these shoulders and over stepping into the far right lane as well as fencing off the public city sidewalks between the bus stop and crosswalk which caused huge traffic issues that affected all students ability to get to school on time. The schools start at 7:40 a.m. and the student body (mostly minority) pulls from all areas of the city. Many students take numerous busses (2 to 3) to attend. Many take the bus whose stop is on Cranston Street which had it's sidewalk from that bus stop to the corner crosswalk blocked by fencing. The shoulder was also not accessible by parents to pull up and drop off causing additional gridlock causes the areas of Winter, Cranston and Westminster streets. The traffic was backed up beyond Broadway, all of knight street and alternative streets were crowded with traffic. This caused students to get out of stopped cars in mid traffic to try to get to school on time. The city schools in Providence are judged and ranked based on attendance. Students grades and are also based on tardiness to school. The PCTA, which is the career and technical academy has its career classes the first 2 periods of the day, so it's important the students have the opportunity to arrive at school in a timely fashion without outside real estate for profit companies impeding the students, as caused by the Omni Group project. Terrible city management to giving a private, for profit, real estate investment company the ability to start a project at 7:00 a m. or earlier across from the three largest public city schools while students are commuting. But what's worse is the GREED of the company to see that they were causing traffic issues( it's very obvious that students are going to school at that hour) and set out to get to the jobsite set up the barricades and start working just before these students have the opportunity to get to school. Also the students attending these 3 public city schools must interview and be in a lottery to attend. It's a known city wide topic that there are RIPTA bus driver shortages and some students who were taking up to 3 busses have had parts of their route cancelled, which means parents must use cars to drop them off. This company had ZERO community interest at heart by blocking additional city streets during these difficult times. What type of Real Estate investment and management company does a disservice to existing community to city public school students and to parents of students just to make a hefty profit. That takes a special kind of Greed and lack of caring. Not to mention the school most affected by their project is the PCTA Providence Career and Technical Academy (the school whose construction and trade program won the most medals at the Skills USA competition) and has all the programs the first 2 periods of the day for construction related career training, basically the future generations of Omni Group subcontractors. Just proves as well as being thoughtless the group is very lacking in common sense and insite!
