I recently had the pleasure of visiting the office, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth, instantly putting me at ease. During my appointment, the dentist and assistant were incredibly kind and gentle, taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. Their gentle approach made the whole experience surprisingly relaxing, which is saying a lot for someone like me who usually gets nervous at the dentist. Leaving the office, I felt not only confident in my dental health but also grateful for finding such a caring team. If you're looking for a dentist who treats you like family and truly cares about your comfort, look no further. They've earned my trust and my highest recommendation.

So sad to leave as I am graduating and moving away from College Hill, but I have only had lovely experiences here! The staff is super sweet and very caring.

Parking is right next to the building and entrance is in front of the building. I made the appointment within a day due to an emergency tooth pain. When you walk into the clinic, you're met with the friendliest receptionist. The clinic itself is located on the bottom floor/basement. The wait time was about 10-15 minutes and they get you in almost right away. The dental hygienist is the friendliest person also. She makes conversations with you, tries to get to know you, and tries to make you feel comfortable. If you don't want to talk she's good with that too. All while she's establishing good rapport with you, she's taking care of the dental cleaning and assisting the doctor with the procedure. She attended to my needs and ensured I was comfortable and pain-free. Dr. Rubinstein herself is nice also. She attended to multiple patients at once with ease. With all the needles and drills going inside my gums, I felt absolutely no pain during and after the procedure. I was anxious about my treatment but this clinic revived my hope in dental procedures. They get all my requests done in a timely manner. If you have any urgent needs and are in the Providence area, Dr. Rubinstein and Ducoff's clinic is a good spot to establish dental care.
