        I have owned a Bar 100 toaster oven for several years from Equipex. I use it daily with super efficiency and after several years, am still blown away at how powerful and versatile it is. It heats up quickly and can toast and cook anything from pizza to fish to pastries. Aside from having awesome products, the customer service and attention to detail is superb at this company. They will go above and beyond for their customer and you can sense that they truly care and stand behind their products.

        We had an issue with our commercial Equipex waffle iron and the service company that "repaired" it. Eden from Equipex reached out to us and offered to repair our waffle iron at no cost to us. Unfortunately it was damaged in shipping, however Eden replaced it with a BRAND NEW waffle iron and even shipped it at no charge to us. We can't express how happy we are with the wonderful service from Eden. It's rare and very appreciated to have a company respond this way. Thank you!
