Having never done barre before, I think this is a really great resource for those starting out on their fitness journey or those looking to bring some variety to their workouts in a completely judgement free zone. They have beginner classes as well as easier and harder modifications for all their other classes. I also greatly appreciate that the instructors keep an eye on your form and correct if necessary, so you don't injure yourself. I always come out of classes feeling refreshed and more flexible. If you're starting out, the "Essential" class is the perfect place to start.

the best full body workout you can get!! Ali will leave you sore but ready to come back for more classes. The atmosphere is so fun, welcoming and encouraging for any level of fitness experience. I started coming here with no experience or skill in barre, and I have gained so much more confidence just by taking classes here. best barre studio in RI !!

Alli is the best. Love her virtual barre classes; super fun, challenging and bringing me and my wife Cindy so much delight during quarantine. We are hooked!
