This is my favorite florist. I work 2 doors down from another florist and I still choose Li Rog. They always come through with BEAUTIFUL arrangements. They even saved the day when my delivery order through an online company fell through the day it was supposed to be delivered!

A lot for 5 starts reviews here except for mines. I've scheduled two bucket for pick up for Valentine's Day. Both items were price -tagged $60 totaling about $130 approx for both items including taxes. When she showed me the flowers I was shocked with the results; literally spring season cheap flowers and lots of greens in one and 3 miserable dying roses and lots of green in the other one. I had to decline paying for those and left the shop. She even tried convincing me about them and had the audacity to tell me they were perfect. If you ever read this message specially the owner, please be mindful of people's time, money, sacrifice, intelligence.

Hey, Ivan- I’m really sorry you felt this way. I’m honestly super bummed that we didn’t have an opportunity to discuss your dissatisfaction. I would have loved the opportunity to rectify or fix whatever it was that you didn’t like. As for the flowers, all were fresh, not dead, and included Birds of Paradise, Ginger, purple and few red roses, Leather Leaf, and Limonium as a filler. We hold ourselves to very high standards and strive for the utmost customer satisfaction. In the future, in our shop or any other flower shops you do business with, please, please voice your thoughts, including your dissatisfaction at the time of the transaction in order to make it right. Unfortunately, when we are not made aware of any dissatisfaction but instead this inaccurate review, thus there’s little we can do to rectify the situation. I hope we’re able to do business again in the future.

Happened to stop by on Valentines Day hoping to find something at the last minute before I left town. Despite the hectic day, the manager took the time to make a very special arrangement for me within my price range. Thank you! I love your shop and your spirit.
